Tuesday the 27th of November

Mom received treatment number 9 today. All of the blood work looked good and mom's visit with Dr. White was very reassuring. Her weight was up a few ounces. Mom now weighs in at a whopping 96+ pounds. All went well today and treatment number 10 is scheduled for next Tuesday.

On another note: The Deacon board at GEFC has asked the church (friends are welcome to join in) to fast and pray for mom's health tomorrow the 28th. The church will be open from 6:30-8:30 in room 107 for anyone who would like to pray at the church.

As I sit at the computer and look at the pond across the street, I praise God for the beautiful day He has given us and for the privilege of joining in prayer and fasting for your healing. Most of the leaves are down and winter is coming, but we know God will bring spring when it's time. This may seem like an autumn or winter season of your life, but I can't wait to see the spring God has planned when He restores you to health. Praying for His strength for you for the journey.

Hi Lynne, For some reason this song keeps going through my head..."Our Lord God, thou hast made the heavens and the earth by thine own hands... Nothing is too difficult for thee...Nothing is too difficult for thee.." I guess we need to be reminded that nothing is too difficult for our God who created the universe. Love you! Lisa

Lynne, tonight the girls will meet here for Bible Study. We will be praying for tomorrows chemo. As always we are trusting God. There is always prayer for you from the pulpit and various groups and church. I still need to pack for my trip. Will be back Sunday night. Brooke and Ryan hope to be at the benefit concert. Brooke begins finals today and flies home on Thursday. Hope to see you the following week. Love you lots. Oh, Carson has to do the coffee bar for Pastor and Jan's open house on Sunday or else I know he'd be at the concert too. He prays faithfully for you.
