Include a return address, how many bracelets you would like and if you would like Large (8 inches) or Small (7 inches). I'm back in New Hampshire! Had a good visit with my Mom! Glad you had a positive appointment on Monday and I'll certainly be praying for all to go smoothly for tomorrow's treatment. Praying especially that this new series of treatments will be extremely affective!
