Thursday the 31st of January

As I am typing this mom is receiving her first new treatment. I am still unsure as to what exactly this treatment, but will update this blog with more details as I receive them. Her weight went up 1.4lbs, which is great. Please pray for mom's physical health as well as her emotional health. This long battle has been wearing on her as of late. Thank you all for your continued support and encouragement!

Hi Aunt Lynne,

Hearing your voice on the phone at Christmas time was wonderful. That laugh, seemed like I just saw you yesterday. You are in my thoughts and prayers daily. I heard a quote repeated on the radio the other day. Thought it may be helpful in this time. It was a quote from one of our early presidents (I forget which one ? Washington/ Roosevelt) "When you get to the end of your rope, Tie a Knot and Hang On." I pray that God gives you a Loving Harness to hold you in when you feel you are at the end of your rope. Lots of Love Aunt Lynne, Uncle Randy & Boys. I will call you soon. Heather and the Beaman Clan in California.

Dear Lynne,
Great to hear that the new chemo is in process! We're trusting the Lord to direct that chemo right where it's needed most! Our small group was lifting you up in prayer tonight - trusting the Lord for mighty miracles! Love you, Margy

All of the folks that attend our Sunday morning Worship service at Brittany Pointe are upholding you in prayer each week (as Char and I have been doing). We're praying for God's abundant grace to overshadow you each step of the way, Lynne!

Lynne,
Praying for you double-time today, as the Lord has place you on my heart more than other days. "Just as each of us has one body with many members, and these members do not all have the same function, so in Christ we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all the others."

Hi Lynne--Hope you are feeling better today. Praying this new treatment is the secret agent that attacks the tumor and obliterates it. No, I haven't been watching too many spy movies. I'm just feeling especially angry at this disease today and want it gone! You and I both know however that God knows what He is doing and His timetable isn't always what we would choose. So in the meantime, I'm praying for encouragement for you to keep on fighting. Love, Nance

Lynn, It was good seeing you last Wed. I know you were very tired and it was kind of you to put up with us. Sandy filled me in on the events of last Thurs. God is good. I have been praying for you daily. I pray that every day you will feel better than the day before. Our God is a mighty God. He can go far beyond our wildest expectations. i know this is a pretty common verse but it is the one I cling to and claim for my life verse. Prov. 3:5&6 Remember to trust in Him everyday and remember that His mercies are new every morning. May God bless you and may you sense His presence as you journey down this path. Love in Christ.
